I am looking for a crewing position on a yacht taking part in the Governors Cub? I have a competent crew certificate plus STCW95. I am the owner of Galaxy - a Van der Laan, 1977 Staysail Schooner. She was owned and berthed by Peter Mott at FBYC before Peter sailed her here, where I bought her. Galaxy is being registered in St Helena. I would like to take part in the GCYR with Galaxy and I am wondering if there is anyone interested in skippering her, with myself as one of the crew. I am also looking for people to sail to the UK with sometime in early 2011.

Could you see if you can get me a spot on one of the yachts taken part in the Governors Cub? I have a coastal skipper’s ticket and did an Atlantic crossing in 2008.
